I successfully synced a folder and was wondering about two things. - In order to successfully sync files, do I need to have both devices on and using SyncTrayzor at the same time?

Machine A says that machine B is stuck "Syncing (100%)" status for a quite a long time. Machine B console says "default" directory is "Out of date" and 4 files are outdated.
