Where NSF-53 would’ve required they run 6,000 gallons of water through the filter and THEN test the water, one of the labs used only ran 2 liters of water through the Berkey before testing. Berkey claims it can remove contaminants that it is in no way certified ... WebbYou could pour it into a different container and put it in the fridge. Or maybe you would do better with a smaller berkey. I have the smallest Berkey outside of the travel size. I thought about the fridge but I was told it would only keep the water for a week by a Berkey representative. I’m in New Orleans.
