WebbWe expect our users to do their own MSI to C2R migration when it works for them so our Task Sequence basically runs a PowerShell script to stop Skype, figure out which version of Office they have... for any MSI install it runs needed MSP for that version (which removes Skype) and for the C2R we are renaming the lync.exe now.
