WebOct 24, 2005 · Hi, i managed to replace those o-rings without any cutting or drilling. I went thru HEVAC-panel mounting, just remove sidepanels and then HEVAC-panel. Then, at least 35cm screwdriver is possible to use for removing screw which holds pipes on matrix end. Offcourse glovebox to be removed for accessing o-rings itself. One fellow I talked with, David Laughton in Urbana, VA., suggested that the heater core from a Rover is the same diameter but is constructed with one extra layer of fluting and heater plate that could be removed.
