WebI always size down for scrub tops (I'm 5'6" 135lbs) as I find they are just made for people who have larger breasts & bigger waist/hips than me. In pants, I stick to medium. I bought Figs medium pants and they are great. I bought a small top and just didn't like the V neck at all. Too low for me.
