WebApr 24, 2024 · NOTE: all of these issues are happening when the email is in the preview pane and NOT popped out. If I pop out the email then everything works fine. I don’t pop out emails as I have multiple screens going all day and that’s just one more to deal with. These issues happen daily, but not back to back, they are intermittent throughout the day. WebOct 17, 2024 · Reinstall Adobe (Make sure outlook is closed) Dont run Adobe at the end of the installer, you will want to run it as admin first time Run adobe as admin and make sure to accept the EULA Double check that adobe is the default PDF handler Open Outlook - Should now work Hopefully that can help solve this rather frustrating issue for some people!!
