Forgot to mention you need to give yourself the "manage this printer" permission before you delete it. WebApr 8, 2016 · In order to fix this, I have to clear the queue by manually deleting the jobs or stop/start print spooler service which I don't want to do because it affects all printers (and sometimes affect the reliability of the printers).
